Architectural Project Manager

As a Project Manager at D.P. Abhushan Ltd., you will play a crucial role in leading and managing store construction and development projects, contributing to the expansion and enhancement of our retail presence. Your responsibilities will include: - Project Planning & Execution: - Implementing store opening plans in alignment with the retail expansion strategy. - Managing the complete project lifecycle from planning to handover, ensuring adherence to timelines, cost control, and quality standards. - Coordinating with internal teams, architects, vendors, and contractors for seamless project delivery. - Design & Development: - Overseeing architectural, interior, and landscape design, ensuring alignment with brand identity and customer experience optimization. - Reviewing and approving store layouts, drawings, and specifications. - Community & Customer-Centric Development: - Developing store concepts focused on customers and local community integration. - Adapting designs to suit local contexts and target audiences. - Innovation & Transformation: - Leading the development of new store formats anticipating retail trends. - Driving innovation in store design, construction engineering, and operational transformation. - Integrating e-commerce and sustainability elements into physical retail spaces. - Cross-Functional Collaboration: - Working closely with leadership, marketing, operations, and procurement teams to align project objectives. - Managing departmental transfers and organizational changes within the project scope. Qualifications: - Bachelor's degree in civil engineering, architecture, interior design, or construction management. - Master's degree or certification in Project Management (PMP / PRINCE2) preferred. - Minimum 5 years of project management experience, preferably in retail, luxury, or jewelry store development. Key Skills & Competencies: - Strong expertise in project scheduling, budgeting, and quality control. - Proficiency in reading and interpreting architectural drawings and design plans. - Hands-on experience in vendor management, construction supervision, and site coordination. - Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills. - Strong sense of design aesthetics and brand alignment. - Knowledge of building codes, safety regulations, and industry best practices. - Proficiency in MS Project, AutoCAD, and project management tools. - Ability to work under tight deadlines and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
