Marketing Manager – Growth & Strategy

Key Responsibilities

• Own the

  overall marketing growth strategy

  aligned with business and revenue goals
• Conceptualize, strategize, and execute

  growth initiatives and marketing ideas

  across channels
• Drive

  customer acquisition, engagement, retention, and brand growth

• Identify growth opportunities through market research, user insights, and data analysis
• Plan and execute integrated marketing campaigns (digital, content, partnerships, performance, community)
• Work closely with founders, sales, product, and leadership to align marketing with business priorities
• Build and manage marketing funnels from awareness to conversion
• Lead experimentation, A/B testing, and continuous optimization of marketing efforts
• Track, analyze, and report growth metrics, ROI, and campaign performance
• Manage marketing budgets, timelines, and external partners/agencies
• Build and scale marketing processes, frameworks, and best practices

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field
• 5–8 years of experience in

  growth marketing, strategic marketing, or performance-driven roles

• Strong strategic thinking with hands-on execution capability
• Proven experience driving

  measurable growth and business outcomes

• Solid understanding of digital marketing channels, funnels, and analytics
• Ability to ideate, test, and scale marketing ideas quickly
• Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and leadership skills

Preferred Skills

• Experience in startups or fast-growing companies
• Exposure to revenue-focused marketing, partnerships, and go-to-market strategies
