As we expand, we’re looking for energetic and persuasive Telecallers to join our growing team

and help bring new users and consultants onto the platform.

Role Overview

As a Telecaller at Conbun, you will play a crucial role in driving platform growth by reaching out

to potential clients and consultants, explaining our services, resolving queries, and encouraging

sign-ups or bookings. Your communication skills and confidence will directly impact user

engagement and satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

● Make outbound calls to potential customers or consultants from the provided database

● Explain Conbun’s platform, services, and benefits clearly and professionally

● Handle inquiries, objections, and follow-ups effectively

● Encourage consultants to register on the “Conbun Biz” app and complete verification

● Assist users in booking consultations or understanding service categories

● Maintain call logs, follow-up status, and feedback in CRM tools

● Achieve daily/weekly call targets and conversion KPIs

● Coordinate with the onboarding and support teams when needed

Requirements

● Bachelor’s degree (any stream)

● 0–2 years of experience in telecalling, telesales, or customer support

● Excellent communication skills in English

● Confident, polite, and persuasive telephone manner

● Basic computer knowledge (Excel, CRM, Google Sheets)

● Ability to handle pressure and meet targets

● Quick learner with a positive attitude

Preferred Skills

● Previous experience in edtech, e-commerce, or service platforms

● Familiarity with apps like WhatsApp Business, Truecaller, or calling tools

● Experience dealing with consultants, freelancers, or service professionals
