What You’ll Do

1) Drive the funnel end-to-end

  • Increase

    qualified appointment bookings

    from outreach
  • Improve

    show rate

    (appointments → completed calls)
  • Improve

    close rate

    (calls → sign ups)
  • Build the reporting cadence + weekly experiment plan


2) Outreach (Email + sequences)

  • Own list segmentation + messaging tests
  • Write/iterate sequences to increase reply and booking rates
  • Maintain list hygiene and deliverability


3) Paid Media (performance)

  • Run direct-response campaigns to drive appointment bookings
  • Own landing pages + booking flow optimization
  • Manage budget and scale what works


4) Content (conversion-focused)

  • Create assets that directly support booking + trust (case studies, proof points, short posts)
  • Turn winning messages into reusable content


5) Reddit (organic growth)

  • Build an organic presence that drives

    qualified interest

    without spam
  • Identify subreddits, create value posts/comments, and track impact to bookings
  • Test formats: guides, AMA-style posts, teardown posts, templates


KPIs (very clear)


You will be measured on:

  1. Qualified appointments booked / week

    (primary)
  2. Show rate

    = completed calls / booked appointments
  3. Close rate

    = sign ups / completed calls
  4. CAC

    (blended and by channel, where measurable)
  5. Cost per booked appointment

    (for paid channels)
  6. Reply rate + booking rate

    (for outreach/email)
  7. Reddit-sourced bookings

    (tracked via UTMs + dedicated booking links)


What “Good” Looks Like (first 60–90 days)

  • Establish clean tracking (UTMs, channel dashboards, weekly KPI review)
  • Ship weekly experiments (messaging, targeting, creative, landing page, offer)
  • Deliver measurable improvement in

    booked appointments

    and

    sign ups


Requirements

  • 3–7+ years in

    growth/performance marketing

  • Proven ability to run a funnel with hard KPIs (leads → appointments → revenue)
  • Strong copy + testing mindset (email + ads)
  • Comfortable owning numbers, budgets, and weekly experiments
  • Bonus: strong Reddit operator (organic, ethical, non-spammy growth)
