Gallant Sports & Infra Ltd is searching for a talented and experienced Marketing Manager to lead our overall marketing efforts. The ideal candidate will collaborate with our marketing agency to ensure the successful implementation of digital marketing strategies. They will be responsible for developing, coordinating, and managing online marketing campaigns aimed at promoting our brand and driving business growth.
ABOUT THE ROLE
We are seeking an experienced and dynamic individual to join our team as a mid-senior level growth marketing manager & brand specialist. This role is pivotal in overseeing our brand's online presence, leading innovative social media strategies, and elevating our brand image through creative marketing initiatives.
· Conceptualize and execute on multichannel campaigns across the prospect and customer lifecycle, ensuring the alignment of communications and messaging in all channels
· Identify effectiveness and impact of current marketing initiatives with tracking and analysis, and optimize accordingly
· Present ideas and final deliverables to internal and external teams, and communicate with senior leaders about marketing programs, strategies, and budgets
o Manage content and updates for customer and internal touch points, establish budget guidelines, participate in events, document business processes, and provide sales support
o Gather customer and market insights to inform outreach strategies, increase customer conversions, and generate more qualified leads
o Help develop creative briefs and guide creative direction to meet objectives for all advertising and public-facing communications, including print, digital, and video assets
o Act as the creative lead for all social media content creation, ensuring high-quality, compelling, and on-brand visuals, videos, and copy.
o PowerPoint Presentations: Create captivating and professional presentations to support marketing, sales, and other departments as needed.
o Knowledge of Demand Generation tactics and Lead Conversion principles.
o Experience working with a sales team in both Sales Enablement and Account-Based Approach.
o Find out about events and conferences that could further help in relationship building and plan accordingly
o Ability to run GTMs campaigns
o Online and offline marketing: hands-on experience with digital media, including SEM, display, social, email, and affiliate channels.
o Develop and execute comprehensive social media strategies across various platforms to enhance brand visibility, engagement, and reach.
o Detailed competitive research to build a monthly calendar
o Develop monthly reports on emerging social media trends that will be submitted to the management and executive team.
