In this role, your sole objective will be to forge business partnerships, specifically getting more billers onboard on our BBPS stack, infused with trust and loyalty. The ideal candidate will unlock new business revenue streams by doing the following: Develop a biller GTM strategy, identify and find new billers and create a win-win proposition to close them: Work with multiple types of billers who may already be or want to be on Bharat Bill Payment System (BBPS) platform for whom Setu will build value added services on recon, settlement, reporting & other areas, helping them increase digital collections. Build channel partnerships to enable 1:many biller partnerships, these would include Banks, ERPs, consulting firms among others. As a Customer Happiness Specialist at Setu, you will play a crucial role in ensuring our customers" success is our success. Your responsibilities will include addressing customer/client issues promptly and efficiently to build enduring relationships based on empathy, organization, and timely follow-through. You will serve as the primary point of contact for Setu's customers, handling complaints, providing solutions, and identifying areas for improvement within agreed-upon timelines. Your role will involve acting as a bridge between clients and internal teams, ensuring smooth operations and top-notch support. This encompasses working from the clients" location, managing day-to-day operations, resolving client issues through various channels, understanding API workflows for troubleshooting, collaborating with different teams for issue resolution, and optimizing processes based on support metrics and feedback. The ideal candidate for this role should possess a strong technical acumen to understand API functionalities, a problem-solving mindset to tackle challenges logically, data and analytical skills to work with large datasets effectively, hands-on experience with SaaS CRM tools and ticketing systems, clear communication skills to explain technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders, a proactive approach to issue resolution, and stakeholder management skills for seamless operations coordination.
