As a Growth Marketing Manager, your role will involve leading user acquisition (both paid and organic) and retention across all online channels, including app stores, social media, search engines, display platforms, and email marketing. Key Responsibilities: - Develop strategic customer acquisition and retention plans to drive profitable growth - Create and manage acquisition campaigns using various channels such as Apple Search Ads, app store optimization (ASO), paid social, SEO, email marketing, and more - Continuously test and optimize new channels, audiences, bidding strategies, landing pages, visual assets, and copy - Lead conversion rate optimization efforts - Utilize Google Analytics and internal reporting systems to understand users and apply insights in marketing campaigns Minimum Qualifications: - Passionate about working for a social cause and impacting the lives of disadvantaged children globally - Minimum of 3 years of experience in creating digital marketing strategies for startups - Proven success in creating profitable paid acquisition campaigns, especially with Apple Search Ads, Facebook Ads, and Google Ads - Demonstrated success in organic app store optimization (ASO) for both Apple App Store and Google Play Store - Data-driven approach to decision-making - Ability to create visual assets aligning with the brand's positioning.,
