Job Summary

Telecaller with Data Entry responsibilities

Key Responsibilities

• Handle outbound and inbound calls with professionalism.
• Engage with customers to understand their requirements and generate business leads.
• Perform accurate data entry and maintain records in company systems.
• Persuasively communicate with customers and handle objections effectively.
• Collaborate with the sales and marketing team to achieve targets.
• Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction at all times.

Ideal Candidate Profile

• Minimum 3 years of experience in telecalling and/or data entry roles.
• Excellent fluency in English and Hindi (both written and verbal).
• Strong communication and persuasion skills.
• Patient, customer-oriented, and able to handle queries professionally.
• Motivated, confident, and passionate about sales and customer service.
• Residing in Gurgaon or nearby areas, with easy commute to office.
