Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Customer Support Representative located in Sahibzada Ajit Singh Nagar. The Customer Support Representative will be responsible for addressing customer inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring a positive customer experience. Daily tasks include responding to client emails or calls, troubleshooting problems, updating and managing customer accounts, and maintaining accurate records of interactions while providing exemplary service in alignment with company standards.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in customer service skills, including communication, problem-solving, and relationship-building
• Ability to troubleshoot and resolve customer issues effectively
• Familiarity with CRM software and customer account management systems
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Adaptability to handle different customer situations with professionalism and patience
• Previous experience in a customer service or call center role is a plus
• High school diploma or equivalent; a bachelor's degree is an added advantage
• Proficiency in English, with additional language skills being an asset
