Key Responsibilities

  • Alliance Strategy & Development
Develop and implement partnership strategies to accelerate business growth, user engagement, and product reach.
Identify, assess, and prioritize potential alliances based on market trends, business goals, and competitive analysis.Build compelling partnership proposals and business cases that demonstrate clear ROI and strategic alignment.
  • Partner Relationship Management
Establish, nurture, and grow long-term relationships with key partners, industry stakeholders, and ecosystem collaborators.
Act as the central point of contact between internal teams and external partners to ensure alignment, transparency, and smooth execution.Manage ongoing partnership operations — from onboarding and enablement to tracking and renewal discussions.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration
Work closely with product, marketing, and sales teams to co-create go-to-market plans and joint initiatives.
Ensure seamless coordination between departments to deliver on partnership commitments and enhance customer value.Advocate for partner interests internally while aligning them with organizational objectives.
  • Negotiation & Contract Oversight
Lead end-to-end negotiations, ensuring agreements reflect mutual value and adhere to company policies.
Collaborate with legal and finance teams to finalize partnership contracts and maintain compliance standards.
  • Performance Monitoring & Reporting
Define KPIs to measure partnership performance, including revenue growth, engagement, and strategic outcomes.Regularly review partnership performance and generate insights to inform future decisions.Present periodic reports and recommendations to leadership for ongoing optimization and scalability.

Qualifications & Experience

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, Marketing, Economics, or related field.3–7 years of experience in partnerships, business development, or strategic alliance roles.Proven success in initiating and scaling B2B or ecosystem partnerships.

Experience In Tech, SaaS, Or Startup Environments Preferred.

Strong presentation, stakeholder management, and analytical skills.
