About the Role We’re building a first-of-its-kind academic readiness platform that ensures students not only reach their dream universities abroad — but thrive once they get there. To expand our impact, we’re looking for a B2B Partnerships Manager who can build and grow partnerships with players across the study-abroad value chain — from education loan providers and IELTS institutes to counsellors and study visa agencies. This role is perfect for someone who understands how the education ecosystem connects and can translate relationships into scalable growth partnerships. Key Responsibilities Identify and onboard strategic partners — including education loan providers, IELTS/training centers, counsellors, study visa firms, and student networks. Build partnership proposals that demonstrate value through co-branded offerings, referral models, or integrated solutions. Develop and execute B2B growth playbooks for each partner segment. Negotiate MOUs, partnership terms, and performance-based models. Collaborate with product and marketing teams to build partner-led campaigns. Track partnership performance metrics and continuously optimize engagement. Represent the brand at education fairs, counsellor meets, and ecosystem events. Who You Are 3–6 years of experience in B2B sales, partnerships, or business development, ideally within edtech, study-abroad, or financial services. Deep understanding of the study abroad and test prep ecosystem — familiarity with counsellors, education loan providers, and overseas consultants is a big plus. Excellent relationship-building and stakeholder management skills. Strong communication and negotiation ability. Comfortable working in a fast-paced, growth-stage startup environment. What We Offer Opportunity to build from zero — shaping a new category in international education. Growth-driven, collaborative culture with high ownership. Performance-linked incentives and rapid career progression. Chance to work directly with founders and industry leaders driving student success globally.
