Papeersity is building the Academic Readiness layer for global education—equipping study-abroad students with knowledge of research writing, academic integrity, and assessment preparedness through AI-powered learning ecosystem with hyper-personalised feedback so they don’t fail after landing overseas.We work with Indian study abroad consultancies, education loan providers, universities, and allied education brands that care about outcomes, not just admissions.This role exists to lock Papeersity into those ecosystems.

Role Mandate (Read This Twice)

You are responsible for creating, closing, and scaling brand tie-ups that directly drive:-Distribution-Credibility-Revenue-Long-term strategic moatThis is not PR.This is not influencer marketing.This is commercial partnerships with teeth.

Key Responsibilities

1. Strategic Brand Tie-Ups (Primary)
Identify, pursue, and close partnerships with:
-Study abroad consultancies-Education loan companies & NBFCs-Test-prep players (IELTS, GRE, GMAT)-Universities & colleges (India + abroad)-EdTech platforms serving international studentsStructure partnerships across:
-Revenue share-Bundled offerings-White-label / co-branded solutions-Institutional licensing

Own the partnership end-to-end: discovery → pitch → negotiation → closure → launch → scale

. Partner Pitching & Deal Closure

-Translate Papeersity’s value into partner-specific ROI narratives-Reduced student dropouts-Better academic outcomes-Improved university trust-Higher student LTV-Lead senior-level conversations with founders, CXOs, principals, and partnership heads

Close deals independently—no hand-holding

Ecosystem & Distribution Strategy

-Build repeatable partnership playbooks-Create a prioritised pipeline of “high-leverage” brands-Identify where Papeersity becomes mission-critical, not optional4.

Internal Alignment

-Work closely with founders on:-Pricing & packaging for partners-GTM strategy-Strategic positioning-Coordinate with product & ops to ensure partner commitments are deliverable

Who You Are (Non-Negotiable)

8-10 years of experience in:-Strategic partnerships-B2B alliances-Enterprise sales-Ecosystem or platform partnershipsPrior experience in EdTech, study abroad, education loans, or B2B SaaS strongly preferred
Proven track record of closing partnerships, not just “managing relationships”

Skills

-Sharp commercial thinking—can sniff out fake partnerships instantly-Strong negotiation skills (you don’t cave early)-Excellent verbal and written communication-Comfortable speaking to senior stakeholders-Can operate with ambiguity and zero brand recognition (early-stage reality)

Mindset (This Matters More Than CV)

-Outcome-obsessed-Not scared of rejection-Understands that partnerships are about leverage, not logos-Can think like a founder, act like a closer

What Success Looks Like (9-12 Months)

-Papeersity is then embedded with 12–15 high-impact partner brands-Partnerships then contribute a meaningful % of revenue
