We are seeking an experienced Finance Manager with a strong background in Real Estate and Hospitality. The ideal candidate will have the overall responsibility for managing the entire finances and accounting of the group, such as budgeting, forecasting, financial reporting, cash flow management, and compliances. The role requires a strategic thinker as well a hands on person who can align financial planning with business objectives while maintaining accuracy and transparency in financial operations. The person will directly report to the chairman of the group.
Prepare and manage annual budgets, forecasts, and variance analysis.
Monitor financial performance and provide insights to support decision-making.
Conduct cost analysis to optimize expenses and improve profitability.
Oversee day-to-day accounting operations, including accounts payable/receivable, payroll, and general ledger.
Ensure timely preparation of financial statements as per statutory requirements.
Manage monthly, quarterly, and annual closings.
Monitor cash flow, banking operations, and fund requirements for projects.
Coordinate with banks and financial institutions for loans, project financing, and other financial instruments.
Ensure effective utilization of funds across projects and departments.
Ensure compliance with statutory regulations, taxation laws, GST, TDS, and company policies.
Liaise with external auditors, tax consultants, and regulatory authorities.
Implement and maintain strong internal controls to minimize risks.
Manage project budgeting, cost control, and revenue recognition.
Track project profitability and liaise with contractors, vendors, and clients for billing and payment schedules.
Handle RERA and other real estate compliance-related financial reporting.
Supervise hotel revenue accounting, expense management, and profit & loss analysis.
Evaluate performance of F&B, Rooms, and other departments through financial data.
Support the operations team in driving revenue and cost efficiency.
Lead and mentor the finance team to ensure accuracy and accountability.
Promote collaboration across departments for better financial governance.
Master’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field (MBA/CA preferred).
10 years + experience preferably in Real Estate and Hospitality sectors.
Strong knowledge of accounting principles, financial modeling, and reporting tools.
Proficient in MS Excel, Tally, ERP systems, and financial software.
Excellent analytical, communication, presentation and leadership skills.
Ability to handle multiple projects and work in an aggressively growing company
