Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role located in Shimla for a Human Resources Supervisor. The Human Resources Supervisor will be responsible for overseeing HR policies, managing employee relations, and performance management. On a day-to-day basis, this role involves HR management, ensuring compliance with company policies, and facilitating employee engagement and development initiatives.

Qualifications

• Human Resources (HR) and HR Management skills
• Experience in Employee Relations
• Proficiency in Performance Management
• Knowledge of HR Policies
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Ability to work on-site in Shimla
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
• Experience in a managerial role is a plus
