Human Resources Supervisor

As an HR Supervisor at NES Fircroft, you will be responsible for leading and mentoring the HR team members to drive productivity and service excellence. Your role will involve managing vendor relationships for insurance, childcare benefits, and background checks. Additionally, you will be in charge of maintaining HRMS records and generating KPI reports for decision-making. It will also be your responsibility to identify process gaps and recommend improvements for efficiency and compliance. Your qualifications should include an MBA in HR preferred and at least 6-7 years of experience in India HR operations with proven team leadership. You should have a strong knowledge of HR practices and employment law, along with excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
