Responsibilities: Assist in the end-to-end recruitment process, including sourcing candidates, screening resumes, conducting interviews, and coordinating offers. Assist in coordinating training and development initiatives to enhance employee skills and competencies. Assist in HR-related compliance activities, such as ensuring accurate record-keeping, adhering to data privacy regulations, and preparing reports as needed. Stay updated on employment laws and regulations to ensure HR practices align with legal requirements. Contribute to HR projects and initiatives, such as HR system implementation, policy development, and employee engagement surveys. Provide general administrative support to the HR team as needed. Requirements: Bachelor s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. 0-2 years of experience in HR or a related role (internship or HR certification programs will be considered). Basic knowledge of HR practices, employment laws, and regulations. Strong interpersonal and communication skills. Detail-oriented with excellent organizational and time management abilities. Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint). Self-motivated and eager to learn and grow in the HR field.
