HR Executive

You will be responsible for providing expert consultation to clients, implementing effective systems, and supporting organizational improvements at client sites. In this role, you will directly interact with management teams, conduct process analysis, and ensure the smooth execution of strategic plans. Your key responsibilities will include visiting client locations to assess business needs and recommend appropriate HR and management solutions, implementing HR systems, SOPs, and processes based on client requirements, providing management consultation for workforce planning, policy implementation, and performance management, acting as a liaison between our firm and client management teams, preparing and presenting reports on system implementation progress, supporting change management initiatives and staff training programs, ensuring timely project delivery, and maintaining client satisfaction. To excel in this role, you should have a strong understanding of HR practices, compliance, and organizational processes, excellent communication and presentation skills, problem-solving and analytical thinking abilities, strong interpersonal skills for client relationship management, proficiency in MS Office and basic HR software tools, the ability to work independently and manage multiple client assignments, and willingness and flexibility to travel frequently as required. This position requires a Bachelor's degree (Preferred) and at least 2 years of experience in human resources management. The work location is in Valsad, Gujarat, and travel within and outside the city is mandatory as per client projects, with expenses reimbursed as per company policy. You will report to the Project Manager or Senior Consultant in a professional, fast-paced consulting environment. This is a full-time job opportunity.,
