The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring timely and cost-efficient project delivery while maintaining our high design and quality standards. This role calls for strong leadership, process orientation, and sharp communication to uphold the brand’s excellence in client servicing and product execution. Key Responsibilities Project Execution: Plan, monitor, and manage project timelines and budgets to ensure timely and cost-effective delivery. Performance Management: Set and track KPIs, report project status, and drive continuous process improvement. Team Management: Lead a team of 3-4 members, delegating tasks effectively and fostering a high-performance work environment. Quality Control: Maintain strict adherence to ARD’s design vision and fabrication quality throughout project execution. Client Management: Engage with clients regularly to understand requirements, share updates, and build long-term relationships. Service Management: Ensure seamless coordination between internal teams and clients to deliver a premium service experience. Complaint Resolution: Address and resolve any project-related issues proactively to ensure client satisfaction. Requirements 4+ years of project management experience in bespoke furniture, architectural products, lighting, or interior design. Proven experience managing teams and overseeing multiple concurrent projects. Strong proficiency in MS Excel for tracking timelines, budgets, and reporting. Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills. Ability to work under tight deadlines while maintaining top-tier quality and detail orientation. Background in design or engineering or management is mandatory. The studio takes care of each project phase, from on-site visits, exploratory studies, design and technical drawings to the final production and space atmosphere. The final product and accessories are always produced in the studio's manufactory, and therefore quality-certified. Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Junior Product Designer based in Churchgate, Mumbai. The Junior Product Designer will be responsible for: Sketch detailed designs and create visualizations by using software tools, including Rhino, AutoCAD, and KeyShot Ensure precision and adherence to project timelines throughout the design and production process. Engage with clients to fully understand their needs and expectations, ensuring a seamless and satisfactory experience. Develop comprehensive proposals and quotations for projects. Strong communication skills to effectively present and explain design concepts. Present detailed proposals to clients, adhering to established SOPs. Uphold the brand’s image through consistent quality and timely delivery of products. Oversee the entire production process to ensure that products meet both brand standards and client specifications. Maintain accurate records and databases of projects and clients. Ensure thorough documentation of all project stages, including design iterations, communications, and production details. Acquire and apply in-depth knowledge of lighting technology to ensure smooth and effective installation processes. Coordinate the installation phase to address any technical issues and ensure optimal performance. Ensure the delivery of high-quality products that meet client expectations and align with organizational standards. **Qualifications:** Bachelor's degree in Industrial Design, Product Design, or related field. Must have 1+ year of experience. Previous experience in the lighting industry is a plus. Proficiency in design software like Rhino 3D, Keyshot, InDesign, SolidWorks, AutoCAD, or lighting-specific tools. Knowledge of lighting technologies, materials, and industry trends.
