Head of Project Management

Arjun Rathi Design is a design studio based in Mumbai specializing in lighting design, creating fixtures and installations to enhance various environments with artificial light. The studio's diverse projects challenge conventional objects in consideration of context and cultural associations. We are looking for an experienced Project Management Head to lead and ensure the successful execution of our bespoke lighting projects. As the Project Management Head, you will oversee project timelines, budget monitoring, and cost-effective project completion with precision, leadership, and effective communication to uphold our commitment to excellence. Key Responsibilities: - Oversee project timelines, monitor budgets, and ensure cost-effective project completion. - Track project performance, set KPIs, and drive continuous improvement for quality standards. - Lead and manage a team of 2-3 members, fostering a collaborative work environment. - Maintain rigorous quality standards aligning with Arjun Rathi Designs" aesthetic and functional goals. - Engage with clients to understand their vision, provide updates, and build lasting relationships. - Ensure high service standards, addressing client needs promptly and professionally. - Proactively handle project-related complaints, implementing solutions for client satisfaction. Minimum Qualifications: - 5-6 years of project management in bespoke furniture manufacturing, architectural, or interior design. - Experience in team leadership with a focus on team performance and productivity. - Proficiency in MS Excel for project tracking and reporting. - Strong communication skills for collaboration with clients, team members, and stakeholders. - Ability to manage timelines, budgets, and deliver quality projects under tight schedules.
