Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Project Health Safety Environment Manager based in Masturi. The role involves overseeing health, safety, and environmental practices on-site to ensure compliance with regulations and best practices. Responsibilities include implementing comprehensive HSE management systems, conducting risk assessments, preparing reports, and providing training to employees. The manager will also be involved in project management tasks and act as a liaison between stakeholders to promote a culture of safety and environmental awareness.

Qualifications

• BE/B.Tech and Thermal Power Plant Experience.
• Strong knowledge and 15+ years experience in Environment Health and Safety (EHS) and Occupational Health practices.
• Proficiency in HSE standards and certifications such as NEBOSH/ISO 14001,45001.
• Skills in Project Management, including planning, execution, and monitoring of HSE-related projects.
• Experience in designing and conducting HSE training for employees and stakeholders.
• Ability to stay updated on HSE regulations and implement best practices within the organization.
• Excellent leadership, organizational, and communication skills.
• Bachelor’s degree in Occupational Safety, Environmental Science, or a related field is preferred.
