Project Management Head

Key Responsibilities

• Project Execution:

  Plan, monitor, and manage project timelines and budgets to ensure timely and cost-effective delivery.

• Performance Management:

  Set and track KPIs, report project status, and drive continuous process improvement.

• Team Management:

  Lead a team of 3-4 members, delegating tasks effectively and fostering a high-performance work environment.

• Quality Control:

  Maintain strict adherence to ARD’s design vision and fabrication quality throughout project execution.

• Client Management:

  Engage with clients regularly to understand requirements, share updates, and build long-term relationships.

• Service Management:

  Ensure seamless coordination between internal teams and clients to deliver a premium service experience.

• Complaint Resolution:

  Address and resolve any project-related issues proactively to ensure client satisfaction.

Requirements

• 4+ years of project management experience in bespoke furniture, architectural products, lighting, or interior design.
• Proven experience managing teams and overseeing multiple concurrent projects.
• Strong proficiency in

  MS Excel

  for tracking timelines, budgets, and reporting.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to work under tight deadlines while maintaining top-tier quality and detail orientation.
• Background in design or engineering or management is mandatory.
