Junior Product Designer

As a Junior Product Designer at Arjun Rathi Design, your role will involve sketching detailed designs and creating visualizations using software tools such as Rhino, AutoCAD, and KeyShot. You will be responsible for ensuring precision and adherence to project timelines, engaging with clients to understand their needs, and developing comprehensive proposals and quotations. Your strong communication skills will be essential in presenting design concepts, proposals, and detailed project proposals to clients, upholding the brand's image through quality and timely delivery. Key Responsibilities: - Sketch detailed designs and create visualizations using software tools like Rhino, AutoCAD, and KeyShot. - Ensure precision and adherence to project timelines. - Engage with clients to understand their needs and expectations. - Develop comprehensive proposals and quotations for projects. - Present detailed proposals to clients and uphold the brand's image. - Oversee the entire production process to meet brand standards and client specifications. - Maintain accurate records and databases of projects and clients. - Acquire and apply in-depth knowledge of lighting technology. - Coordinate the installation phase to ensure optimal performance. - Deliver high-quality products that meet client expectations and organizational standards. Qualifications: - Bachelor's degree in Industrial Design, Product Design, or a related field. - 1+ year of experience in a similar role. - Previous experience in the lighting industry is a plus. - Proficiency in design software like Rhino 3D, Keyshot, InDesign, SolidWorks, AutoCAD, or lighting-specific tools. - Knowledge of lighting technologies, materials, and industry trends. - Strong communication skills and understanding of design principles and aesthetics.
