HR Assistant

You will be working as an HR Assistant in Trivandrum, providing essential support to our Human Resources department. With a minimum of 13 years of experience in various HR functions, such as recruitment, onboarding, employee coordination, and administrative tasks, you will play a crucial role in our team. Your responsibilities will include assisting in recruitment activities by posting job openings, screening resumes, and scheduling interviews. You will also be involved in the onboarding and induction process for new employees, maintaining employee records, updating HR databases, and coordinating employee engagement and welfare activities. Additionally, you will be responsible for preparing HR-related documents, reports, and correspondence. To excel in this role, you should possess strong communication and interpersonal skills, a good understanding of HR practices and labor laws, attention to detail, and excellent organizational abilities. Familiarity with MS Office and HR software/tools is essential, along with the ability to maintain confidentiality and professionalism at all times. This is a full-time position with a day shift schedule that requires your presence in person at our Trivandrum location.
