Job Description

We are seeking for the HR Assistant who will support the daily HR operations and plays a key role in maintaining efficient HR processes. This role assists with recruitment, onboarding, employee records management, HR compliance, and general administrative duties.

The ideal candidate brings strong administrative skills along with experience in anchoring, hosting, or conducting events, helping the organization foster a dynamic and engaging workplace culture.

  • Post job ads on job boards, social platforms, and company website.
  • Screen resumes and schedule interviews.
  • Conduct reference checks as needed.
  • Coordinate new-hire onboarding, including preparing offer letters, contracts, and orientation materials.
  • Ensure a smooth first-day experience for new employees.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records in HRIS or other systems.
  • Prepare HR documents such as employment contracts, letters, and forms.

Should be good in anchoring for the events.
