Job Description

As an Assistant Manager HR at Brand Metrics, your role will involve day-to-day HR operations to ensure the smooth functioning of recruitment, onboarding, employee records, and attendance management. Additionally, you will support the CEO in executing special projects, presentations, and operational tasks. Your responsibilities will also include coordinating with employees and teams for effective communication, drafting HR-related reports and documentation, aiding in planning employee engagement activities, and maintaining the confidentiality of sensitive company and employee information. Moreover, you will have the opportunity to learn and contribute to HR processes, policies, and compliance requirements. Qualifications required for this role include a Bachelors/Masters degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field, along with at least 1 year of experience in HR or administration (internship experience is acceptable). You should possess strong communication and interpersonal skills, good organizational abilities, and proficiency in MS Office applications. A high level of integrity, eagerness to learn, and the ability to work closely with leadership are also essential for this position. In addition to the core responsibilities, you will benefit from exposure to both operational and leadership-level HR duties, mentorship, and learning opportunities directly with the CEO and senior management. This is a full-time position based on in-person work location.
