Job Description

Job Description:
We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Accounts Assistant to join our finance team in Trivandrum. The ideal candidate should have 1–3 years of experience in accounting or finance roles and be proficient in basic accounting software and procedures.

Key Responsibilities:

Assist with day-to-day accounting tasks including data entry, billing, and invoicing
Maintain accurate financial records and documentation
Handle accounts payable and receivable
Support monthly and year-end closing activities
Prepare and submit GST, TDS, and other statutory reports
Coordinate with auditors and other departments as needed

Required Skills:

Good understanding of accounting principles
Hands-on experience with accounting software (Tally, MS Excel, etc.)
Attention to detail and strong numerical ability
Good communication and time-management skills
Ability to work independently and meet deadlines

Experience: 1–3 years in a similar accounting/finance role

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From ₹15,000.00 per month

Schedule:
