Job Description

Job Summary:

We are looking for a detail-oriented and organized Accounts Assistant to support daily accounting operations. The candidate will assist in maintaining financial records, processing transactions, and ensuring accuracy in accounts.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in maintaining books of accounts and financial records
  • Record day-to-day transactions (sales, purchases, expenses)
  • Prepare invoices, bills, and vouchers
  • Handle accounts payable and receivable
  • Perform bank reconciliations and ledger entries
  • Maintain employee salary and attendance records
  • Support monthly and annual financial reporting
  • Coordinate with auditors and senior accounts staff

Required Qualifications:

  • B.Com / M.Com or equivalent qualification
  • Diploma or certification in Accounting / Financial Management (preferred)

Skills & Competencies:

  • Knowledge of Tally / accounting software
  • Proficiency in MS Excel and MS Office
  • Attention to detail and accuracy
  • Good communication and organizational skills
  • Ability to work independently and in a team

Experience:

  • 0–1 years of experience (Freshers may apply)

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹9,000.00 per month
