Accounts Assistant

 Greets all guests at all times in a friendly and helpful manner and attempts to learn and use guest’s name at every opportunity.

 Treat all associates / colleagues with dignity and respect.

 Updation of FL3 Register of Main Bar/ Addl Bar & FAC3A Register.

 To be present in all the Banquet Functions for monitoring and strict controls of Head Counts;

 To check and maintain cover charge / promotional coupon Sale Register

 To check all outlets Last bill Register;

 To check Discount Billings;

 To check daily inventory status of bar Liquor, need to prepare excess liquor /remove from the Bar and status report on daily basis HOL/Bike & Barrel;

 To check daily Mini Bar Inventory

 To Check complimentary Cake maintaining Register;

 To check smokes inventory in Room Service;

 To check Room Complimentary Amenities e.g. Beer & Wine ;

 To check daily inventory of soft beverages in all the POS.

 To conduct surprise/spot checking in the entire outlet-Cash, production and Food outlet areas.

 Happy Hours Bar Billings for Club Floor guests - physical check 7 to 8pm (Daily)

 Maintaining Happy Hours Register;

 Coupon Sale in Bike & Barrel - Friday/ Saturday every week & 3rd week Wednesday every month - 7pm to 12pm

 Month end Inventory of all POS/Kitchen.

 To check daily inventory status of bar Liquor, need to prepare excess liquor /remove from the Bar and status report on daily basis HOL/Bike & Barrel;

 To be present in all the Banquet Functions for monitoring and strict controls of Head Counts;

 To conduct surprise/spot checking in the entire outlet-Cash, production and Food outlet areas.

 Records filing all controls- serial wise e.g. KOT’s/Bill/Spoilage/debit note;

 To check & maintaining Register for all POS Bills Serial numbers on daily basis

 To assist on the market survey

 To carryout month end closing stock of main stores, butchery and bar

In addition to above duties and functions any other assignment given by the management occasionally or on a daily basis is to be performed respectively.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹14,500.00 - ₹15,500.00 per month
