Reporting to the Talent Acquisition Head, the role of the ambitious and self-driven Talent Acquisition Lead-Sales involves the crucial responsibility of finding, recruiting, hiring, and retaining talented candidates. The key tasks include overseeing the planning, development, and implementation of an innovative Talent Acquisition strategy tailored specifically for the sales function. The duties and responsibilities of the Talent Acquisition Manager include investigating and determining sales employee needs, developing sustainable talent acquisition and hiring plans, executing employer branding activities, encouraging employee brand advocacy, planning employee referral programs, utilizing HRIS and Recruitment Marketing tools, sourcing qualified candidates, analyzing hiring needs, designing selection processes, reviewing applications and background checks, identifying recruiting process bottlenecks, conducting candidate and employee satisfaction evaluations, planning improvements in candidate experience and employee retention, supervising recruiting team members, using creative sourcing methods for challenging roles, attending career fairs and events, setting HR and recruiting KPIs, creating and presenting KPI reports, and delivering a comprehensive hiring plan for organizational growth.
