Human Resources Supervisor

We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Human Resources Supervisor to join our team at Villament Zinc Journey by The Fern in the Hotels & Restaurants industry. The ideal candidate will have 3-6 years of experience in human resources.

• Supervise and coordinate HR operations, including recruitment, employee relations, and benefits administration.
• Develop and implement effective HR strategies to support business objectives.
• Manage and maintain accurate records and reports, ensuring compliance with labor laws and regulations.
• Provide guidance and support to employees on HR-related matters, promoting a positive work environment.
• Collaborate with management to develop and implement performance management systems.
• Ensure compliance with all relevant labor laws and regulations, maintaining a safe and healthy work environment.

• Strong knowledge of human resources principles, practices, and procedures.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team, demonstrating strong leadership and decision-making skills.
• Proficient in MS Office and other HR software applications, with excellent analytical and organizational skills.
• Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion and professionalism.
• Strong attention to detail, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
