Key Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day HR operations: offer letters, onboarding, payroll input, and employee records.
• Lead and mentor HR team members, driving productivity and service excellence.
• Manage vendor relationships for insurance, childcare benefits, and background checks.
• Maintain HRMS records and generate KPI reports for decision-making.
• Identify process gaps and recommend improvements for efficiency and compliance.

Requirements

• MBA in HR preferred.
• 6–7 years of experience in India HR operations with proven team leadership.
• Strong knowledge of HR practices and employment law.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
