Job Description

We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Human Resources Supervisor to join our team at Taj Deccan. The ideal candidate will have 3-5 years of experience in human resources, preferably in the hospitality industry.


Roles and Responsibility
  • Supervise and coordinate HR operations, including recruitment, employee relations, and benefits administration.
  • Develop and implement effective HR strategies to support business objectives.
  • Manage and maintain accurate records and reports, ensuring compliance with labor laws and regulations.
  • Provide guidance and support to employees on HR-related matters, promoting a positive work environment.
  • Collaborate with management to develop and implement performance management systems.
  • Ensure compliance with all relevant labor laws and regulations, maintaining a safe and healthy work environment.

Job Requirements
  • Strong knowledge of human resources principles, practices, and procedures.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to prioritize tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficient in MS Office and other HR software applications.
  • Strong analytical and decision-making skills, with attention to detail.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
