The Demi Chef De Partie will be responsible for assisting in the preparation and presentation of dishes, maintaining high standards of food hygiene and safety, assisting in menu planning, and supporting the kitchen staff in various functions. Key tasks include preparing ingredients, cooking food, assisting with inventory management, and ensuring kitchen cleanliness and organization.
