Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role located in Dhanbad for a Demi Chef De Partie. The Demi Chef De Partie will be responsible for assisting in the preparation and presentation of dishes, maintaining high standards of food hygiene and safety, assisting in menu planning, and supporting the kitchen staff in various functions. Key tasks include preparing ingredients, cooking food, assisting with inventory management, and ensuring kitchen cleanliness and organization.

Qualifications

• Culinary skills including food preparation, cooking, and presentation
• Knowledge of food safety and hygiene practices
• Ability to assist in menu planning and ingredient selection
• Experience in inventory management and kitchen organization
• Excellent teamwork and communication skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and maintain high standards under pressure
• Relevant certification in culinary arts or related field is preferred
• Previous experience in a similar role is an advantage
