Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Guest Relations Executive located in Gurgaon. The Guest Relations Executive will be responsible for managing guest interactions, ensuring high levels of customer service, handling reception duties, and supporting sales activities. The role involves greeting guests, responding to their inquiries, addressing their needs promptly, and providing a welcoming atmosphere throughout their stay.
