Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Demi Chef De Partie, located in New Delhi. The Demi Chef De Partie's daily tasks will include food preparation, ensuring high standards of food hygiene, assisting the Chef De Partie in managing the kitchen, executing dishes according to company standards, and maintaining cleanliness and order in the kitchen. The Demi Chef De Partie will also be responsible for training and mentoring junior staff, while staying abreast of culinary trends and improving techniques.

Qualifications

• Experience in food preparation, high standards of food hygiene, and maintaining cleanliness in the kitchen
• Ability to assist in managing the kitchen and execute dishes according to company standards
• Skills in training and mentoring junior staff
• Knowledge of current culinary trends and techniques
• Excellent time management and organizational skills
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
• Culinary degree or equivalent experience preferred
• Proven experience as a Demi Chef De Partie or similar role
