Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role for an Employee Experience Associate at Orange Tiger Hospitality Pvt. Ltd. located in Gulbarga. The Employee Experience Associate will be responsible for fostering positive employee relations, driving employee engagement initiatives, and managing HR policies. The role also involves ensuring compliance with labor and employment laws and handling performance management processes.
