Support day-to-day

HR operations

including employee onboarding, documentation, and HRIS (Keka) updates.
Assist in managing the

employee lifecycle

onboarding, confirmations, exits, and compliance.
Ensure accurate record-keeping and employee data management.
Drive initiatives to improve

employee engagement

and contribute to building a strong, positive workplace culture.
Assist in HR policy communication, benefits administration, and compliance-related tasks.
Partner with the team to streamline HR processes and improve employee experience.

Requirements

MBA (HR) fresher or up to 1 year of experience in

HR Operations

.
Internship or early exposure to HR systems (experience with

Keka

is a plus).
Strong attention to detail and process-oriented mindset.
Excellent communication, organizational, and people skills.
Passion and hunger to

engage with employees, build culture

, and ensure smooth operations.
