Employee Experience Associate

As an Employee Experience Associate at Lyzr, you will play a crucial role in supporting day-to-day HR operations and contributing to building a positive workplace culture. Your responsibilities will include: - Supporting day-to-day HR operations such as employee onboarding, documentation, and updates on HRIS (Keka). - Assisting in managing the employee lifecycle, including onboarding, confirmations, exits, and compliance. - Ensuring accurate record-keeping and effective employee data management. - Driving initiatives to enhance employee engagement and foster a strong workplace culture. - Assisting in HR policy communication, benefits administration, and tasks related to compliance. - Collaborating with the team to streamline HR processes and enhance the overall employee experience. To excel in this role, you should meet the following qualifications: - MBA (HR) fresher or up to 1 year of experience in HR Operations. - Internship or early exposure to HR systems, experience with Keka is a plus. - Strong attention to detail and a process-oriented mindset. - Excellent communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills. - Passion and eagerness to engage with employees, contribute to building culture, and ensure smooth operations.
