Employee Experience Associate

As an Employee Experience Associate, your role will be in the People and Culture (HR) team, reporting to the People and Culture Manager. Your primary responsibility will be to champion the hiring process within 6 months of joining the organization. You should possess exceptional emotional quotient, a passion for organizational development, and other HR-related processes. Key Responsibilities: - Source and recruit high-quality candidates aligned with organizational needs and culture. - Conduct reference checks and verify candidate information for authenticity. - Coordinate and maintain communication with recruitment agencies and external hiring partners. - Maintain and update HR records, including resumes, applicant tracking logs, and employee documentation. - Address internal HR-related queries promptly and professionally. - Uphold confidentiality and data protection standards in handling employee information. - Actively engage with potential candidates, providing relevant information and support throughout the recruitment process. - Contribute to the achievement of HR and organizational goals by successfully completing related tasks and initiatives. Qualifications Required: - Interested in social enterprises as a means of creating impact. - Mission-driven, optimistic, and enthusiastic, believing in achieving transformational change. - High level of spoken and written fluency in English and Hindi. - Minimum graduate with 1-2 years of work experience. - Ability to handle multiple projects and tasks in an entrepreneurial environment. - Ability to take leadership in ambiguous situations, even when unsupervised. - Friendly and professional demeanor. - Knowledge of database software, office software, and email systems. - Action-biased, ability to set priorities, plan, and meet timelines.,
