Key Responsibilities: Maintain and monitor all network, security, and computer systems to meet the organization's current and future requirements. Install, configure, and troubleshoot hardware and software components (servers, desktops, laptops, printers, etc.). Administer user accounts, permissions, email systems, and access controls (e.g., Active Directory, Office 365). Perform regular backups, data recovery operations, and system updates. Monitor system performance and proactively address issues related to performance, security, or reliability. Ensure compliance with company policies and IT standards. Provide technical support to staff and troubleshoot IT issues in person, remotely, or via phone. Manage IT inventory, procurement, and vendor relationships. Develop and maintain documentation of IT systems, procedures, and configurations. Collaborate with external vendors and consultants as needed for specialized projects or support. Required Qualifications: Bachelors degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field (or equivalent experience). 5+ years of experience in IT administration or support. Strong knowledge of Windows/Linux server administration. Familiarity with networking concepts (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, firewalls, VPN). Experience with Microsoft Active Directory, Office 365, and Group Policy. Working knowledge of backup and disaster recovery processes. Proficiency with helpdesk/ticketing systems and remote desktop tools. Preferred Skills: Experience with virtualization technologies (e.g., VMware, Hyper-V). Familiarity with cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure). Scripting skills (e.g., PowerShell, Bash) for automation. Soft Skills: Excellent problem-solving and critical-thinking abilities. Strong verbal and written communication skills. Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities. Team player with a customer-oriented mindset.
