Overview

Role

• Source and recruit high-quality candidates aligned with organizational needs and culture.
• Conduct reference checks and verify candidate information to ensure authenticity.
• Coordinate and maintain communication with recruitment agencies and external hiring partners.
• Maintain and update HR records, including résumés, applicant tracking logs, and employee documentation.
• Address internal HR-related queries in a timely and professional manner.
• Uphold confidentiality and data protection standards in handling employee information.
• Actively engage with potential candidates, providing them with relevant information and support throughout the recruitment process.
• Contribute to the achievement of human resources and organizational goals by successfully completing related tasks and initiatives as needed.

• High level of spoken and written fluency in English and Hindi.
• Education qualification: Minimum graduate with 1-2 years of work experience.

• Ability to take leadership in ambiguous situations, even when unsupervised
• Friendly and professional demeanor.
• Knowledge of database software, office software, and email systems.
• Action-biased, ability to set priorities, plan & meet timelines
