Responsibilities

CA preferably with MBA in finance from reputed institute.

Additional Company secretary qualifications will be an added plus.

Should have a minimum 5-10 years of professional experience preferably in a progressive product based/service organization in a high-level finance position in a fast-paced and dynamic business environment.

He/She should have strong experience/exposure in various aspects of finance both for National & International markets.

The candidate must demonstrate a successful record of accomplishing and exceeding goals in his managerial positions while growing and scaling a finance organization of a sizeable business.

Strong all round experience in controllership, audit, risk management, and treasury functions including fund raising as well ability to develop a road map for enhancing valuation and preparing the company for an IPO in the near future. ? Good understanding of IndAS, IFRS, I GAAP, etc. ? Strong financial acumen. Has good understanding of technology and systems in enabling greater efficiencies, agility, and business insights.

Adept in navigating an increasingly complex regulatory environment, including setting up new financial processes or fulfilling new reporting requirements and compliances.

Experience in ERP systems especially implementation. ? Ability to develop strong relationships and work with Senior Level Executives of investor, banks and customer organizations.

? Excellent presentation, communication skills. Ability to communicate effectively within all levels of the organization
