Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Regional Sales Manager located in Gurugram. The Regional Sales Manager will be responsible for developing and implementing sales strategies to meet company goals, identifying and targeting potential clients, and building strong relationships with clients and stakeholders. The role also involves managing regional sales teams, analyzing sales data, providing reports to management, and ensuring customer satisfaction.

• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
• Ability to analyze sales data and present insights to management
• Experience in leading sales teams and managing performance
• Proficiency in using CRM software and sales tools
• Ability to work independently and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Sales, Marketing, or a related field
• Experience in the coworking or real estate industry is a plus
