Job Description

  1. Develop sales strategies that are coordinated with market research analysis and market competitive data.
  2. Develop new strategies for revenue growth, including product expansion, market expansion, partnerships and alliances and Competitively address acquisition targets.
  3. Build and maintain an ecosystem of partners ranging from referrals, re-sellers, partners and
  4. technology partners for accomplishing growth.
  5. Forge alliances with decision-makers and influencers, unlocking organizational secrets and
  6. understanding their deepest desires.
  7. Help Develop and lead sales policies and best practices.
  8. Strategize and plan Go to Market as well as execute to accomplish targets.
  9. Showcase our revolutionary B2B SaaS product to clients.
  10. Work with management to ensure product, pricing, promotion and packaging are consistent with sales strategies and customer needs.
  11. Closing enterprise deals and focusing on generating revenue while achieving departmental targets.
  12. Onboarding KAM accounts on our B2B SaaS product on a PAN India level.
  13. Coordinating with the Product team to suggest the best features, strategies and market
  14. requirements for our Product.
  15. Develop new strategies for revenue growth, including product expansion, market expansion, partnerships and alliances and Competitively address acquisition targets.
  16. Building a strong sales function and team in your region and ensuring growth in revenues from transactions on a monthly basis.
  17. Generating leads through business development and expanding channel partners & broker networks.
  18. Recruit and onboard new co-working spaces and managed office providers.
  19. Analyse sales performance and provide timely reports to the leadership.
  20. Inspire and mentor a league of sales warriors to reach unprecedented heights.
  21. Working on International transactions and business development, with primary focus on your region.
  22. Helping the management activate international
  23. markets like MENA, SEA and APAC regions through partnerships, alliances and strategizing Styleworks initial presence.
