Key Responsibilities: - Develop and implement long-term financial strategies that align with the company's vision and objectives. - Lead the budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning processes, ensuring alignment with corporate growth goals. - Monitor financial performance, identify risks, and advise the executive team on key financial decisions. - Establish financial policies and risk management frameworks to safeguard company assets and ensure regulatory compliance. - Oversee tax planning, regulatory reporting, and compliance with financial regulations in all relevant jurisdictions. - Lead financial audits and work with external auditors to ensure accurate financial reporting and compliance. - Oversee capital allocation decisions, ensuring that resources are invested in projects that maximize shareholder value. - Manage relationships with investors, banks, and financial institutions to secure funding and optimize capital structure. - Provide financial insights and strategic recommendations to the CEO and board of directors on mergers, acquisitions, and other major investments. Qualifications Required: - In-depth knowledge of global financial markets, corporate finance strategies, and advanced financial management techniques. - Competency in leading large finance teams, managing multi-million-dollar budgets, and overseeing capital markets activities. - Ability to provide strategic financial leadership that supports long-term business growth and profitability. - Expertise in corporate finance, financial modeling, and strategic planning. - Advanced knowledge of financial risk management, capital markets, and investment analysis. - Proficiency in managing large-scale budgets, financial reporting, and regulatory compliance.
