Total exp : 10 years Relevant exp : 10 years as a Lead Quality Analyst Qualification : B.E/B.Tech (EEE/ECE/CSE) Your Responsibilities as Lead Quality Analyst would be to: Develop and maintain testing strategies for the Quality Assurance of our Digital offerings Ensure comprehensive test coverage by working closely with the software developers Participate in technical/feature discussions and help in assessing associated dependencies and risk Understand requirements and design test cases that meet the product specifications. Help the team design, develop and maintain the test plans and test suites Strong knowledge of API testing and Performance Testing. Good experience in test automation (UI) and API automation. Execute test suites, manage defects and communicate testing status Analyse the root cause for testing failures and open appropriate defects with sufficient findings Focus on quality, continuous improvement of tests and test efficiency Effectively collaborate with stakeholders. Responsible for release testing and quality of the product. Mentor the new joiners in the team. Work in a multidisciplinary Agile team Possesses very good decision-making skills. Knowledge on Version Control and branching strategy is a must Vouch for adherence to the Design standards and reviews, coding standards, code quality checks, testing standards and reviews. Your background: B.E/B.Tech (EEE/ECE/CSE) with 10+ years as Quality Analyst. Experience in writing test plan, writing and executing test cases for web application, UI testing Strong knowledge and good work experience in automation tools like Selenium/ WebDriver IO/Cypress/Playwright etc Strong knowledge on programming languages with greater focus on OOPs concepts like C++, C#, Java, JavaScript, Python etc Experience in testing APIs using tools like POSTMAN, SOAPUI, REST-Assured Good experience in automating APIs Conduct testcase reviews Experience in functional testing, integration testing, system testing, and regression testing. Be responsible for Releases Possess strong decision –making skills Experience with performance and security testing is a plus. Experience as a Business Analyst is a plus.
