Job Description: We are seeking a talented and experienced QA Engineer to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in software quality assurance and automation, with hands-on experience in one or more automation tools. The QA Engineer will play a crucial role in ensuring the quality and reliability by creating and executing test plans, identifying issues, and collaborating with development teams. Roles and Responsibilities: • Automate functionalities using tools such as Selenium, TestNG, Postman API Automation, and Appium. Hands-on experience with at least one of these tools is required. • Collaborate closely with development teams to automate rapidly in parallel with development activities. • Develop and review test scenarios, test cases, and test data. • Perform testing in accordance with defined procedures, ensuring thorough coverage and adherence to standards. • Independently own a product and ensure zero defects in production. • Participate in walkthroughs of testing procedures to ensure clarity and completeness. • Prepare all reports related to software testing, including test execution results, defect reports, and status updates. • Execute test cases, report defects, and assign severity and priority to each defect. • Utilize excellent critical thinking skills to identify, troubleshoot, and resolve issues effectively. Qualifications: • Proficiency in using automation tools such as Selenium, TestNG, Postman API Automation, or Appium. • Experience in testing both mobile and web applications. • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. • Excellent verbal and written communication skills. • Ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams, including developers and product managers. This will greatly help in the journey of making alternate assets easy, trustworthy, and lucrative for the end investor. Role summary Lead the front-end team to build high-quality, scalable, user-centric web applications using React and Next.js Own front-end architecture, performance, and code quality while remaining 50% hands-on in development. Collaborate closely with backend, product, and design stakeholders to deliver business-critical features on time. Key responsibilities Define and own front-end architecture (React/Next.js, SSR/SSG/ISR, state management, component libraries) with a strong focus on performance and scalability. Write, review, and optimize production-grade code; enforce coding standards, accessibility, security, and testing best practices. Lead and mentor front-end engineers through 1:1s, code reviews, and technical guidance; foster a culture of ownership and continuous improvement. Partner with backend and product teams on API contracts, technical scoping, and end-to-end delivery of features. Drive process improvements around CI/CD, release management, and version upgrades to ensure reliable, low-friction deployments. Communicate status, risks, and trade-offs clearly to stakeholders and help unblock the team. Qualifications required BE/BTech/ME/MTech in Computer Science, IT, or related field (or equivalent experience) 7+ years of front-end development experience in ReactJS, Typescript, NextJS, HTML, and CSS. 2+ years in a lead/managerial role mentoring developers and owning delivery for complex projects. Deep knowledge of front-end architecture, performance optimization, and integrating RESTful APIs. Proficiency with testing frameworks (e.g., Jest, React Testing Library, Cypress) and modern Git-based workflows. Strong understanding of UX/UI principles and responsive design, with excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
