Role Description This is an on-site internship role for a Customer Success Intern, located in Ahmedabad & Surat. The intern will assist in addressing customer inquiries, ensuring customer satisfaction, and providing prompt customer support. They will collaborate with teams to analyze customer pain points and ensure a smooth problem-resolution process. Day-to-day tasks also include maintaining communication with customers to uphold service quality and enhance the user experience. Qualifications Strong expertise in Customer Satisfaction and Customer Service to ensure positive client interaction. Proficient in Communication and Customer Support for addressing customer queries and maintaining service quality. Analytical Skills to understand and resolve customer pain points effectively. Enthusiasm to learn and adapt to a dynamic, fast-paced environment. Pursuing or completed a degree in Business, Management, or a related field is a plus.
