Strategic Project Incharge- Cutting Tools

The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in overseeing all significant projects pertaining to the Cutting tool business. You should hold a B.Tech/ Diploma in Mechanical Engineering and have more than 10 years of relevant experience. An essential requirement is a strong technical acumen and professional knowledge in Abrasives or Cutting tools. Your key responsibilities will include driving Productivity and Quality Improvement Projects at the Manufacturing Engineering facilities in CPN & Ancillaries, including Nashik. You will be involved in Capacity Enhancement Projects and ensuring the 100% implementation of Value Streams by making layout changes to boost productivity and output. It will be your responsibility to implement projects using innovative methods to optimize various aspects such as Process Cost, Cycle time, Machine Hour Rates, Labor, Power Cost, and Consumables. Additionally, you will be expected to upgrade and modernize machines in collaboration with external suppliers. A familiarity with quality systems and standards like ISO 9001:2008, QMS, TPM, 5S, IS: 14001, and OHSAS:18001 is essential. Proficiency in ERP systems such as SAP is preferred. Your role will also involve the seamless execution of new projects, such as the expansion of Taps/Special Drill products.,
